3. Account Registration and Security

Calculations provided by the Service (such as BCT values, pallet patterns, and load configurations) are for informational and planning purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all calculations and ensuring they meet your specific requirements and industry standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORRSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from reliance on calculations or information provided by the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
